Rainberry Villas Swimming Pools

South Pool - There are 2 swimming pools in Rainberry Lake, the 'main' or 'South' pool is the larger pool which we share with the Rainberry Homes community. This facility has:
• Swimming pool (heated to 88 degF)
• Spa (hot tub heated to 103 degF)
• Canopy
• Bathrooms (open 8AM to 8PM only)
• Outdoor showers (please - no soap or shampoo, rinsing only)
• Drinking fountain (filtered & refrigerated)
• Parking lot (for residents while using the pool - others will be towed)
• Deck area (overlooking the lake)
• Loungers, tables and chairs
• 24 hour video security
• Locked enclosure

Residents of Rainberry Villas may obtain a key (same key as the Tennis and Basketball court gates) for these facilities, free-of-charge, by sending an email to pres@rainberryvillas.com.

This South Pool is accessed through a locked gate.

North Pool - The 'North' pool is the smaller pool which is dedicated to residents of the Rainberry Villas community.

This facility has:

• Swimming pool (heated)

• Kiddy Pool

• Covered seating area

• Bathrooms

• Outdoor shower (please - no soap, rinsing only)

• Drinking fountain (refrigerated)

• View ofthe lake)

• Loungers, tables and chairs

• 24 hour video security

• Non-smoking facility

Note that this pool does NOT have a parking area and there is NO PARKING on the side streets near the

pool, so residents must walk to this facility.
