Responsibility for some areas within the community are split between The Villas of Rainberry HOA Board and The Recreation (Rec) Area, each essentially covering different physical areas. The Rec Area is responsible for amenities that are located at the community entrance and shared between The Villas and The Homes, which includes the large swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball court, as well as the entrance, the guards, entry gates and Call-Box.

Rec Area Maintenance issues That is, issues related to the large (south) swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, entrance gates, entrance signs and lighting within these areas - contact The Rec Area director responsible for Maintenance at rec.area.maintenance@rainberryvillas.com
Villas Maintenance issues That is, issues related to the small (north) swimming pool, roads within the community, lighting on the walking paths (short lights, not the taller street-lights), sidewalks and storm-drains. - contact The Villas director responsible for Maintenance at maintenance@rainberryvillas.com
Street-Light Maintenance issues (i.e., the taller lights on the side of the roads). - The street-lights in our community are owned and maintained by Florida Power and Light (FPL). If a street-light in the community is malfunctioning or broken, please report it directly to FPL by calling 1-800-468-8243. Provide FPL with the nearest street address and intersection, the 11-digit number mounted on the streetlight pole and a description of the problem. FPL will give you a 'repair-ticket' number and will typically perform the repair within ten (10) working days. (Note: If the streetlight no longer has an affixed number, just give FPL the nearest address). You may also report a streetlight by CLICKING HERE

Security issues related to the small (north) swimming pool & common areas, including parking violations within the community. Roadway, mis-use of common areas, blocking sidewalks, pet and animal violations, driveway usage e.g., trailers, RVs, storing stuff on the driveway or in front of the house, basketball hoops. - Contact The Villas director responsible for Security at security@rainberryvillas.com
Landscape issues related to any areas within the community, including landscaping of the common areas or the areas in front of your property. This includes removal, trimming or planting of any tree or shrubbery both in front of and within your property, and any issues with the grass - Contact The Villas director responsible for Landscaping at landscape@rainberryvillas.com (Note: Do NOT remove, plant or trim any tree(s) without prior approval from the HOA).
Irrigation (Sprinkler) Issues such as broken heads, sprinklers failing to run or stop, or need to modify the system in any way - Please fill out a Work Order and place it in the box at the corner of NW 10th Street and NW 22nd Avenue. There are blank Work Order forms in the box or you may download and print a form by clicking HERE. Note: All sprinkler maintenance must be performed by the HOA designated contractor.
Property Alteration Approvals including any exterior painting, fence or wall alterations or replacement, structure renovations, out-building such as sheds, pergolas or play-grounds, roof replacement, driveway, walks or patios (hand-scape), doors, windows or gates. - Contact The Villas director responsible for Architectural at arc@rainberryvillas.com

Obtaining a Pool / Tennis Court Key - Residents of Rainberry Villas may obtain a key (same key for the Pool and Tennis Court gates) for these facilities, free-of-charge - Send a request to Joe at pres@rainberryvillas.com (Note - please do not attempt to copy these keys as we use commercial grade locks and generic copies either do not work or work poorly). Note that the Basketball court is unlocked every morning (around 6am) and locked every evening (around 8pm).
Obtaining an RFID Tag or Activation of AltaOpen (OpenPath) Cellphone Gate Control - Requests for Rainberry entry-gate access RFID Tag(s) should be emailed to RFID@rainberryvillas.com. The cost is $20 per Tag. Include in the email your name, Rainberry Villas address and a contact phone number. The Tag(s) must be applied to the vehicle by an HOA representative therefore, we cannot give you the tag(s).
Residents may also request an invitation to have gate-control via their personal cellphone (for use only when traveling in a vehicle other than their normal RFID Tag equipped vehicle. The system called OpenPath may Not to be used as a clicker or as a substitute for RFID).
To request an invitation to AltaOpen, please send an email to AltaOpen@rainberryvillas.com. The email must include:
1 - The name of the Rainberry Villas resident and address
2 - Their personal cellphone number (the cellphone that will host the app)
3 - Their personal email address (must be accessible from the phone in 2 above)
Note - the old clickers and access cards have been disabled.
Change your contact information
To change the information for the guard and/or Callbox, (e.g., contact phone number(s), guest list, email address, etc.) please complete a revised Resident Information Form and email a scan the form or take a good photograph and send it to resident.info@rainberryvillas.com. A blank Resident Information Form may be downloaded by CLICKING HERE.
To change your mailing address for official HOA correspondence (residents, snow birds or landlords), contact The Villas director responsible for Tenants, Landlords and New Owners at newresidents@rainberryvillas.com

Please remember that the HOA board members are volunteers. Please do not send emails to numerous HOA board members as it wastes their time and fills their email account with messages that are not pertinent to them.
