The Villas of Rainberry Board meets every month except November on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m at the front pool (near the entrance). This board deals with issues involving the north-pool, roads, sprinklers, sidewalks, common grounds and all homes/residents on the Villas side. Residents are welcome to attend and can participate at the end of the regular meeting.
In November, the HOA hosts the ANNUAL Membership Meeting at a remote location. All Villas of Rainberry property owners of record will receive advance notice of the meeting time and place. The notices will be sent via US Mail to the owner's address on file with the HOA.
